Specialty Experiences  ·  Cape San Blas, Florida

The same five bedrooms.
Four completely different trips.

Sanctuary works fine for a beach week with no agenda at all. But four specific kinds of trips get planned here on purpose, and each one uses the house differently — a different season, a different minimum stay, a different room that turns out to matter most. So here they are, spelled out. Pick the one that sounds like your group.

Four Experiences

What changes isn't the house.
It's the reason you came.

A girls' weekend in April and a Thanksgiving reunion in November happen in the same 3,400 square feet, and almost nothing else about them is the same. One needs the wine refrigerator, the hot tub, and a three-night minimum. The other needs a twelve-person table, an oven that can handle a twenty-pound bird, and a full week booked eight months out.

Each experience below covers what the trip actually looks like here: which bedrooms the group will argue over, what the minimum stay is that time of year, what's already in the house, and what to bring. Open one and read it on your phone, or print it to a single page and forward it to whoever in the group still needs convincing.

A bay-view workspace, a twelve-person table, a private elevator, and two hours from the Tallahassee airport. Close enough to justify on a calendar invite. Remote enough that people actually stop checking Slack.

The Dark Sky Retreat

Bortle Class 3–4 sky, roughly 90% protected land, and no condo tower for miles. A private west-facing deck to set up on, and nobody to ask you to pack up and move along at midnight.
