Use the provided kayaks to explore a private dock and discover the sandbars or the shallow waters of St. Joseph Bay. Gather at sunset on the large radial deck overlooking the Gulf.

After a day of fun in the sun, unwind in the hot tub or gather around the cozy fire pit to roast marshmallows under a starry sky. Whatever you choose to do, this idyllic setting fosters relaxation.

With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the main house, there’s ample space for a relaxing stay.

But wait, there’s more! You can also escape to a private carriage house connected via an elevated, covered walkway, which includes an additional bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen—perfect for guests or extended family.

Sanctuary boasts high ceilings, spacious terraces, rainfall showers, and an elevator for convenience. Every detail has been considered, from the French Oak wood floors to the natural stone accents and heated bathroom floors.

Upon entering Sanctuary, you’ll find a great place for kids with two built-in custom twin bunks, as well as Bedroom 2 featuring a king bed—both with full bathrooms and heated floors for those cooler months.

On the second level, Bedroom 3 includes a Queen sleeper sofa, alongside a gorgeous kitchen, spacious dining area, and living space filled with games.

The third level serves as your tranquil retreat: the Sanctuary Suite encompasses the entire upper floor, offering a peaceful refuge with a tray ceiling and two private decks facing the Gulf and the Bay. Unwind in the jetted tub, enjoy the convenience of a wet bar, or find inspiration in the adjoining office/library space.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a 36'' Wolfe gas cooktop and stainless-steel appliances. Custom cabinets with under-cabinet lighting, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar ensure meal preparation is a delight.

We set this vacation rental up to make every family's dream of a peaceful, relaxing, adventurous vacation possible...to be a sanctuary away from home. Our goal is to have every guest family feel as though they are in their own home. A gourmet kitchen for those that want to prepare their own food, a hot tub to relax in, and lots of room to relax or play games. Take the kayaks to the bay with private dock entry or take a three-minute stroll to the Gulf, white sand, dolphin pods, and pelicans.
